Exports

You can export two things: the numbers from your latest report, and the articles you write in Content Studio. Use exports to build your own charts, share results with a client, or move an article into your CMS.

Click Export at the right end of the tab strip on Dashboard, Prompts, Sources, Compete, Action plan or Opportunities, then choose CSV. On a phone, Export is a download icon.

Export turns on once the latest scan has finished. While a scan is still building, the button is disabled.

You get a ZIP named after your project, for example northwind-crm-report-export.zip, with two CSV files.

visibility-position.csv has one row per prompt, engine and metric (visibility, then position):

ColumnWhat it holds
report_dateWhen the scan ran
providerThe engine
metricvisibility or position
provider_scoreThe engine’s overall score for that metric
category, category_score, category_rankThe prompt’s category and how you did in it
promptThe prompt text
answerThe engine’s answer, cut to its first 500 characters
query_score, query_rankYour result on that prompt

sentiment.csv has three rows per engine, one each for positive, neutral and negative, with the columns provider, label and aggregate_score.

Your plan sets which export formats you can use. If it doesn’t include CSV, the menu shows “Your plan does not include CSV export” instead of downloading. See Plans and billing.

Exports keep working in read-only mode, so you can take your data with you after a subscription ends.

In Content Studio, open a written article and click Export:

  • Markdown: the article as a .md file.
  • CSV: one row with the article’s title, body and status.
  • DOCX: a Word document with the headings, lists, quotes, code blocks and tables kept.

Unsaved edits are saved before the file downloads. To paste the article somewhere instead, click Copy.

Article export doesn’t depend on your plan’s report export formats.
