Plans and billing

Your plan sets how many prompts you track, which AI engines answer them, how many projects, workspaces and competitors you can have, and your monthly allowances. This is the one page in these docs that lists the numbers.

Each add-on answers every prompt you track.

When you add prompts, an engine that isn’t on your plan shows Not on your plan. See AI engines for how each one is asked.

New accounts start with a 7-day Base trial, with no card needed. The trial doesn’t turn into a paid plan on its own: choose a plan on Billing whenever you’re ready. If the trial ends without one, the app asks you to choose a plan before you continue. There is no read-only period after a trial.

One report request is one prompt answered by one engine. For example, 25 prompts on three engines use 75 requests per scan.

  • Requests are pooled across all your projects.
  • The allowance resets every 30 days.
  • Only answers that come back count. A failed answer uses nothing, and a retry uses one request when it succeeds.
  • Add prompts shows the cost before you save, and warns when you don’t have enough requests left.

The Report requests meter at the foot of the sidebar shows what’s spent out of your allowance, how many are left, and the days until it resets. “Spent” includes requests reserved for the scans already scheduled before the reset; hover the meter to see used and reserved separately.

Open Billing from the account menu.

On a trial, or without a plan, you see Choose a plan, with one card per plan and a Choose button that opens Stripe checkout, and your Billing history.

With a paid plan:

  • Subscription: your plan, its price, the renewal date and a status (Active, Canceling, Payment past due). Manage billing opens Stripe’s portal, where you update your payment method.
  • Usage this period: Active brands, Archived brands (project resets) and Report requests.
  • Change your plan: Upgrade or Downgrade opens Stripe’s portal. Charges are prorated.
  • Billing history: Date, Description, Amount and Status.

Click Cancel subscription and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, and the card shows the date it ends. Until then, Resume subscription undoes the cancellation.

When a paid subscription ends or a payment fails, your account becomes read-only and a banner says so:

  • Payment failed: Stripe keeps retrying. Click Update payment method to restore full access.
  • Subscription ended: the banner shows the date until which you can restore access. Click Resubscribe to keep everything.

In read-only mode you can still open your reports and settings, export, and use the MCP server, but nothing new runs: no scans, audits, new prompts or articles. After the date, the account locks and asks you to choose a plan.
