Finding your way around

From top to bottom:

The Dashboard, Prompts, Sources, Compete, Action plan and Opportunities pages share one header.

  • Period. Last 7, 30 or 90 days, last 12 months, or a custom range. The period never starts before your first scan, and your plan sets how far back you can look. The period is part of the page address, so a link you share opens on the same dates.
  • Engine filter. Show every engine together or one at a time.
  • Business profile. Your project’s details and how often it’s scanned (“Scans: Every N days”).
  • Status. When the report was last updated, and when the next scan is due. While a scan or a competitor recalculation runs, a Calculating ring shows instead.
  • Export. Download the report as CSV. See Exports.

Press ⌘ K on a Mac or Ctrl K on Windows anywhere in the app. Type a few letters to jump to a page: Dashboard, Prompts, Sources, Compete, Action plan, Tasks, Content, AI Readiness, Settings or the Partner program. Use the arrow keys and Enter to go, Esc to close.

Words people use for a page also work. “Visibility” finds Prompts, “citations” finds Sources, “audit” finds AI Readiness.

The button in the bottom-right corner opens Rankry Brain, an assistant that answers questions about your project’s data.

Help & support in the account menu opens a chat with the Rankry team. You can also write to [email protected].
