Dashboard

The Dashboard is where you see how AI answers treat your brand right now, and what to do first. Everything on it follows the period and engine filter in the project header.

At the top, a short summary of the period in plain words: where you stand, what moved and what deserves attention. Rankry writes it after each report. While it’s being written, you’ll see “The brief is being written”.

Visibility, Position, Sentiment and Diversity, each with:

  • the figure for the period;
  • a status label, such as Top Performance or Needs Work;
  • the change since the period’s first scan;
  • an info icon with the definition.

See details on a tile opens Rankry Brain with a breakdown of that metric: by engine, by topic and by prompt. Definitions are in Metrics explained.

Your visibility split by Topics (your prompt categories) or by engine. A topic at zero is a gap: AI answers in that area don’t name you at all. Open Prompts filtered to that topic to read the answers.

Your share of mentions next to your tracked competitors, with the rest grouped as “Others”. Empty rows have a + to add a competitor, and the footer shows how many of your plan’s competitor slots you use. See Share of voice.

Your overall standing in AI answers, from 0 to 100, with its change and the gap to the category leader. If you lead, the card says so. See score history opens the score over time. How the score is built: Rankry Score.

“Can AI read and quote your site”: your last AI Readiness audit score, measured against the AI-ready line, with the issues that matter most. Select it to open the audit.

“What AI reads before it answers”: how much of what the engines cite is your own site, how many cited sites name your rivals but not you, and the top domains. See Sources.

“What to do first to get named more often”: your top three open tasks. Tick one to mark it done. With no open tasks, the card shows the Action plan’s most urgent moves, marked “Ship this week”. When there’s nothing left, it says “All clear”.

Visibility, Position, Sentiment and Diversity per engine, side by side. Use it to find the engine that’s holding you back. An engine with no answers in the period shows N/A.

  • While the first scan runs, tiles can show zeros. Answers are still arriving.
  • “No scans in this period” means the period you picked has no scans. Pick a longer one.
  • While a period loads, cards show their outline until the figures arrive.
